We support Care Leavers to reach their full potential!
We offer semi-independent housing for Care Leavers aged 16 and above, along with personalized care plans tailored to individual needs. They provide one-to-one and 24-hour support, counseling, and access to mental health services, aiming to empower personal development and life skills.

My Home Placement Package
- Semi-independent accommodation for young people aged 16 and over
- Bespoke care packages that are tailored to individual needs
- One-to-one support hour and 24 hour support (depending on the unique needs of the young person)
- In-house counselling and and access to Mental Health support
- Financial help and assistance
- Support and assistance with education, employment and training
- Empowerment and personal development
- Encouraging life skills such as money management, cooking, cleaning and personal hygiene

UASC Home Support Package (Unaccompanied asylum-seeking children)
- Support with immigration applications and Solicitors
- Tutoring and support with English
- Encouraging integration and engagement within the community through various activities and options

Temporary Home Support Package
- We offer 5 days of housing support whilst the Local Authority carry out assessments and finds suitable placements for the young person
- We can pick up the young person from the location they are in to bring them to the temporary home
- We have trained staff who can manage challenging and highly stressful situations
- Welcome pack inclusive of essentials and vouchers
- Access to mental health support services
